Location is excellent and even though its setback from a very busy walkway.. you never felt overlooked. Everything was exceleent quality from the TV to the Washing Machine and appliances. Close to supermarkets and Mini Spar is about 30 seconds walk away... didnt need to stock the fridge up... you can just keep it in the Spar fridge and go round and get it when you need it. Very comfy bed... lovely bathroom and nice rainfall shower.... tons of wardrobe space... enough space to hide your cases.

Our check in.. collecting the keys from the host was a little bit official rather than over friendly... The outside area was lovely but a bit unkept and dusty... it may have been cleaned up at some point but certainly not the afternoon we arrived... there was a dustpan and brush and as I enjoy sweeping up on my holidays :-) it was not a problem.

I had a fantastic stay – this apartment truly exceeded all my expectations. It’s perfectly equipped for a comfortable holiday. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals, including quality utensils and appliances (electric kettle, hand blender, oven, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment also has a washing machine, air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom (which works great), and a spacious, bright bathroom. The location is unbeatable – just a few minutes’ walk to the sea, restaurants, shops, and right next to the Maspalomas dunes. The view over the small lake is lovely, and the terrace is a highlight: real grass, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, dinning table, a small table, and a garden sofa – all well maintained. I was welcomed with a bottle of red wine, which was a very nice touch. The apartment was clean, with plenty of towels, a bathrobe, and slippers provided. Everything is thoughtfully designed and of high quality. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and there are extra blankets for colder nights. Everyone I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful – special thanks to Zeus, who welcomed me, and Barbara, who assisted with a late checkout due to my evening flight.

If I had to mention any downsides, I’d say parking can be tricky during the day, but after 10 PM there are plenty of free spots just outside the apartment. Also, the curtains don’t fully block out light – they help, but let in some around the edges. Still, these are minor things. Overall, this was an amazing place to stay and I would definitely return.

Great location, right on the dunes and close to a supermarket and restaurants, yet away from the more busy parts of maspalomas. The apartment is tastefully decorated, boasts a huge sunny terrace and is equipped with everything you could need. The host welcomes you and is available for any assistance.
