Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, Aussicht, Gemütlichkeit, gut eingerichtete Küchenzeile. Das gute Frühstück, je nach individuellen Wünschen.

Das Wasser in der Dusche war nur lauwarm. Der Wasserdruck fehlt.

Das Häuschen ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen, einfach eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Rancho bietet eigene Wanderwege. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man kann kochen, sollte jedoch alles an Gewürzen usw. mitbringen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 10 Minuten entfernten Zarcero, auch Bank und Restaurants. Das eigene Restaurant hat nicht immer geöffnet. Wir haben sehr gut dort gegessen, waren vollkommen alleine. Das Frühstück war landestypisch, mit Gallo Pinto, Rührei und leckerem Käse. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vors Haus fahren und hat dort eine wunderbare Aussicht mit tollen Sonnenuntergängen.

Das Haus kann nur mir dem Kamin beheizt werden, entsprechend riecht es nach Rauch. Holz ist vorhanden. Wir wollten nicht Feuer machen und es war im Haus entsprechend recht kalt am Abend. Man sieht die Strasse vom Haus aus nicht, man hört jedoch Trucks und Motorräder recht gut, sie ist stark befahren. Trotzdem würden wir das Haus weiter empfehlen.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautiful. We saw so many hummingbirds and butterflies on their well manicured grounds. The included breakfast was delicious.

The beds were uncomfortable. Water temperature and pressure wasn't that great, but tolerable and understandable due to the mountain location.

Amalia was a wonderful host, she helped us with everything and made us feel very welcome. The cottage was very well equipped, clean and was spacious enough for 4 adults. We would definitely return if we had the chance.

Our only recommendation would be to have at least two options for breakfast and the staff in the restaurant could be more proactive (example they didn't offer more juice or milk for the coffee, we had to get up and go ask if it was possible)
