Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean

Breakfast was horrible. The eggs and bacon tasted processed

I like that it had a inside pool.

First I had a ceiling leak. I had to change rooms. The elevator broke for 2 days. There is another one but that wasn’t near my room. I have a bad knee. So I had a hard time walking especially with luggage. Lastly the shower had no water pressure and climbing in and out of tub.😟

Front lobby was nice & front desk staff very friendly

Room was disgusting. Shower walls looked like they hadn't been wiped down for a long time. Dust everywhere. Sticky spots on floors. Questionable substance on floor. Hair on towel. What appeared to be toothpaste splatter on bathroom door. Safety concern: the outside door at other end of building didnt require key to unlock (even though it had one) so anyone could access the hotel without having to go through the lobby. Orange juice at continent breakfast tasted fermented. Trash outside near parking lot/side door entrance overflowing. One of the cleaning staff reeked of cigarettes. Very disappointing.

Desk staff was very kind, bed was comfy (pillow not so much), room was clean & quiet, Mr Shane's casual dining at the hotel was good, and the hotel breakfast was wonderful ; they had a great selection of food. Would definitely here again!

That when sadly locked out and key didn't work staff worked hard to fix issues

Next door was coughing all night so not much sleep
