Rendezvous Hotel Perth Central

Great service from staff and great location. However parking is difficult with parking through the hotel both limited and at extra cost, something not immediately obvious through the website. The room was fine, much more room than anticipated with a completely unanticipated separate lounge area, although some wear and tear evident. But overall great value for money in a great location, would happily stay again.

Free bottle of excellent wine from Western Australia. Excellent breakfast buffett. Restaurant faced pedestrian bridge with bicyclers and walkers going by. The bridge had access to King's Park a short 15 minute walk away and bike pathes along Swan River.

Very average room, view was a brick wall. Beds comfortable, very pricey for accomodation.

bed made everyday, staff were pleasant, breakfast was lovely and good variety, Need to add more Green Tea to service.

All staff were friendly and the room was more than good enough. It’s walking distance from King’s Park too. You can also get free water at the bar. Only downside I felt was slow wifi but I was out exploring most of the time anyway. Good hotel

Please fix the card system

It was close to everything and good value for money.

This Hotel has the potential to be great, however it’s poorly trained staff and our dated rooms and systems lets it it down. It’s in a great area, new buildings and close to Perth City. The bed is comfortable and food is better than average for hotel food and that’s where the positives end. There is not team work, it’s as if the staff have taken the “it’s not my job” rule. There was a tray with food left out side a room in the hallway fof almost 2 days.The room layout is bad, wardrobe is in the bathroom, and the lifts also tricky as you need to reprogram the cards after a day.the Room was not made when we got back and when they did it up at 7pm. There was not toilet paper and bins not emptied. Ran out of clean plates and cutlery during breakfast. We just found it comical afterwards and laughed when everyone else had issues

As a VIP Customer I was supposed to have a bottle of wine, when I checked this at reception upon arrival, I handed a small glass size bottle of warm wine. I was shoccomplained about this and received an apology as the receptionist was new and a full bottle. They were very nice about it. Otherwise the room was run down and not worth what we paid but Perth was booked out due to holiday and events. Ran out of clean plates and cutlery at breakfast buffet. Food was good though. Would be worth a it at a lower price.

I think every guest should have a complementary bottle of water in there room. WA is a hot city. After flying for 3hrs and getting off the plain all you want is a drink of water to re hydrate. I had to ask for water and all though they had room service they were not happy about bringing me a bottle of water to my room. The room was clean but stepping in and out of the shower is dangerous. When I rang to say I wouldn’t be checking in till 8:00pm the rely on the phone is we are here 24/7. I don’t think that’s a good way to great your guests. I thought i was doing the right thing in letting them know. I thought the restaurant was expensive. I don’t recommend staying there.
