"Que frio pasamos."

Es una casa para el verano. amplia, planta baja diáfana , jardín amplio y habitaciones muy grandes.

Hemos estado a principios de marzo, del 6 al 8, la casa estaba HELADA (llovía esos días y los días anteriores), llegamos sobre las seis de la tarde, ni una estufa o aire acondicionado puesto, la chimenea sin limpiar y sin troncos para encender, HUMEDADES en habitaciones y baño (ver fotos) Muy mala presión del agua en las duchas. Se cobra un suplemento de 90€ por limpieza y el ultimo día recibes un mensaje indicando QUE TE LLEVES LA BASURA...!!!!!

La ubicación muy buena, la casa amplia y bonita decoración.que

Que tiene escaleras bastante empinadas para subir a los dormitorios, y no sé especificaba en el anuncio, iban dos personas operadas de rodilla lo que les resultó muy incómodo. Y el baño de abajo estaba en el patio inservible por la humedad y el aspecto que daba.

Mooie rustige buurt (op de honden van de buren na haha) supermarkt op loopafstand. Heerlijke patio en mooi groot huis

Er staat een prachtige houtkachel maar er is nergens hout te koop

"Uitstekende uitvalsvasis voor Sevilla en omgeving"

Smaakvol ingericht; veel ruimte al was de bank aan vervangingbtoe (teveel doorgezakt). We gingen epr auto elke dag naar Sevilla en konden s avonds goed parkeren. Een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor Sevilla dus; vlakbij de grote uitvalswegen.

De douche had een te lage druk; oncomfortabel en nog net niet onacceptabel. Verder: een half rolletje wC papier is wel erg mager!

"Déception car l’annonce est mensongère (surtout concernant la deuxième salle de bain)."

Étage supérieur correct

Bâtiment vétuste et délabré. La deuxième salle de bain se trouve à l’extérieur de l’appartement et elle est complètement délabrée (humide, moisissures, rouille etc.) et non digne d’une location. Jardin non entretenue et chaises longues sales, table extérieur inutilisable vu l’état. Manque considérable de vaisselle - insuffisant pour 6 personnes même pas assez pour 3. Intérieur de l’appartement: peinture s’effrite, moisissures, toile d’araignée au plafond, poussière… Séjour très moyen.
