Cozy Inn

It was advertised as having a microwave, fridge was nothing like pictures on line nothing down stairs wasn't impressed .

Noisy hard 2 sleep, tv needs work lots of staic, most of staff r polite and helpful. Thanks hard 2 get in out of room w door key didnt work most of the time very annoying. Plenty of places to park. Like the lounge. The people there r nice helpful. Etc.

Front desk clerk was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean but housekeeping forgot to sweep under the bed. Lots of trash under there.

Not the cleanest and the overall appearance/amenities are dated.

Tv had no remote wasnt plugged in. Furniture was beat up and in disrepair. Pool was not useable. No stairs thatbwas close to unit. Bed was terrible thein and bedding dirtym. Workers didnt care. Left a pillow was refused to be let backnin.

Price was very reasonable

Rude and was told they couldn’t find my reservation, that hotels.com “never told them”

Staff was nice, but there was roaches asked to fix ice box twice nobody showed up? It kept leaking water everywhere. Bedsheets and blankets and pillows whete forty, w cigarettes wholes in them. Etc Thrash cans over filled the whole weekends. Etc.

I decided not to stay at this hotel. I did not feel safe when I pulled up. It was connected to a lounge. Music was very loud and people were all over the parking lot drking. There were four police cars with lights on in the hotel parking lot when I arrived. In my best interest. I decided this was not the place for me

There were roaches. We had to come back 3 times to check in. We showed up at 3:30,5:30 and then again at 8:30. When they gave us our rooms at 8:30 neither one of them had been cleaned. My mother's room half the bathroom door was missing. The curtains were not hung correctly. The staff was rude and nonhelpful.
