The place was nice but the service and customer experience was completely disgusting and ruined everything.

The customer service was shockingly bad ended up charging me an extra £50 due to not having a second key which they said they'd provide. When I pushed for it they called the police on me and said I destroyed the property even the police asked where is the damage? They just wanted to scare me into being quiet

Tolle Villa, waren zu 4t hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

es ist ziemlich hellhörig in der Villa. Falls jemand empfindlich ist, würde ich es abraten

Layout was decent

No water, ceiling fans rattled heavily on all speeds, poor English on all customer service issues, heavy charges on 10-20 minute late checkout. Didn't feel valued or respected as a customer, tried extending stay and was told fully booked then when I went online to rebook i found space but had to swap with another property on same resort and after speaking with the family we swapped with they also wanted to stay longer in the same villa and got told no space after which we both had to wait for check in which was supposed to be 2pm but couldn't gain access until 4pm and was refused a 2nd key for property although we had more then 1 guest, this was my 1st bad experience with anywhere ive stayed in Thailand over the last several years. Would not recommend staying here

Everything. It was clean and tidy. Nice villa.
