Best Western Santee Lodge

My main concern was that I spent almost two hours fighting with the internet and at the end I was forced to use my cellular service in order to allow me to watch a movie. When speaking to the front desk, I was told the internet worked fine for him and that I should not have an issue. He said he would reset the internet but it is questionable if he did because it did not work after. My time was cut short having to deal with this issue which made it seem kinda like a waste of my hard earned money which I had spent hoping for some time to relax.

It was better than the Bates Motel. The hot water worked well. The refrigerator worked well. It was close to A LOT of Bail Bond places.

It was difficult to access, both parking log and rooms. The room numbers are arbitrary. It was difficult to find anyone to get extra towels and every morning we found an excess of open beer cans and bottles in the parking lot.

Stayed Monday-friday morning honestly a good experience i seen people complain about this place and only spent 1-2 days there a whole week at this place felt like home and i didn’t even wanna leave nice shopping center with a target about 5-8 minutes away depending on traffic and good food areas not to far away as well, will definitely be back

Exterior grounds were well maintained and clean, pool/hot tub area was also very well maintained.

The carpet in the room looked very dark and grungy looking, repair to the bathroom door was very evident.

We thought it was noisy from street traffic.

The comforters had stains on them. Mattresses were lumpy.

My stay was great!! And the room was clean and well maintained
