I had an amazing experience in Staunton and Waynesboro at the Best Western Staunton Inn! Checking in was speedy and the room was prepared excellent and was very enjoyable! Thank you so much!

I stay at Bestwestern mostly when traveling, for the rewards This one was the most uncleanist I've had ever visited. I travel atleast 7 months out of the year.

We stayed overnight in Staunton on our way to SC. We wanted to give a shout out to Kurt at the front desk for his professionalism even when they had computer glitches and to Jamie who was a terrific breakfast host, even getting my husband the two last chocolate muffins for his breakfast. Also a shout out to Patsy the business manager for kindness at checkout. Over all a nice clean room and great experience.

Clean room and comfortable

Had to call the front desk to go down using the elevator. Room phone wasn't working. There was only 1 person at the checkinDesk and she spent a very long time helping a couple. Not sure what the hold up was but there were quite a few people waiting to check in. Feel it was more of a customer issue or other hotel issue than a front desk employee issue. She was placed on hold for several minutes while trying to get answers for the couple who was oblivious to the growing line of people waiting. She also was the only one working the desk.

The staff were friendly and very kind. Good continental breakfast
