Good location, good value- but no lake views as described! Don’t be fooled!

There was a smell of sewage from the bathroom for the entire 3 nights… it was so bad that we had to close the bathroom door at all times, and when we would leave for the day and come back, despite the door being closed, we could smell sewage from outside our room even before opening it… I messaged the owner to give him a chance to rectify this… he said he would address it, but simply put drain cleaner down it. We then had to ask him what was done to fix it as a follow up- as he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us nor apologise. No offer of a new room. Instead he left the window of our room open for the whole day to let bugs and air in while we were gone for the day… upon checkout he was nowhere to be seen- with the cleaner talking at me for the key… no thank you, no goodbye, no apologies, no kiss my arse! On the morning of check out, we could hear loud talking, laughing, and conversation in the corridor immediately outside our room, which obviously came from themselves and the cleaning staff…. Don’t expect a lie in either!

Great cheap place near town, very modern decor

We had a great time , hotel a short walking distance to the lake Our Friend David was a great help in getting our shower fixed and is a very nice host in reception

On of the rooms we booked was not prepared but we were given a new room immediately.

Freundlicher Service, zentral und in der Nähe vom See und feine Restaurant

Hotel vraiment tres simple sans services en extra, bien placé dans la ville vers le port. L'entrée peut faire peur mais l'essentiel reste la chambre et le confort dedans. La chambre est tres correct, bonne literie et propre. Parfait pour un petit sejour sur Desenzano.
