It felt very new and well taken care of. Right across from extensive shopping mall with lots of options for dinner. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Breakfast was outstanding - fresh ground bean coffee machine, auto pancake maker, great scrambled eggs and fresh cinnamon rolls. Rooms are well laid out with sufficient drawers, hooks and cabinet storage areas. Very good desk and luggage spaces. Good lighting in room. Window blackout shades functionally worked well and easy to operate. Pillows labeled as soft or firm with different styles for personal preferences. Safe for valuables. A/C worked perfectly without blowing directly on you in bed and thermostat easy to operate. Manger was frequently present and circulated or checked with each guest to assure everything ok. TV large and new. Lobby and general areas spotless. Housekeeping came early to make up room, courteous and quick to respond to special request. Elevators operated quickly and efficiently. Didn't use pool but looked nice.

There was nothing I didn't like about this place.

Lacey the GM and team from Karina at the front desk all the way through to the house cleaning and the cleanliness of the dining area are 2nd to none!! We are loyal to every time we are in AZ to this location! Job well done!!
