Sheets were clean

Unfortunately, I could not sleep due to excessive noise from neighboring rooms, which was clearly audible throughout the night. The hotel appears to have poor sound insulation. Additionally, the room was not clean and had a terrible odor, making the stay quite unpleasant.

Staff was very servicial and breakfast was delicious

If I have to say something, it could be it’s kind of far of downtown for going walking

Location and amenities. Beds where pretty comfy. Unfortunately didn't use them as we were there just for the night

Noticeable smell of smoke 🚬 in the room, and carpeting was in questionable shape. I would have been livid if I had to pay full price.

The staff was very Rogers professional

Excellent beds, good breakfast with sausage and scrambled eggs. Good parking, walkable, near the downtown. Excellent bathroom.

HVAC is outdated. Window can’t be opened in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Que, who checked us in.

Our room was stuffy and there was a peculiar off-putting smell that I didn't notice anywhere else in the hotel. I kept the air conditioner temp lower than was comfortable to try to minimize the stuffy air and smell.
