Staff seemed unbothered.

Made sure we didn't starve. Other than that, not memorable in any way. Towels much better than expected.

Food temp sub-par

The hotel was clean and accessible. Not far from the convention that I attended.

The shower door did not work very well. Kept opening up on me and would not stay closed.

Spacious rooms, laundry facilities, reasonable price, friendly service

Breakfast is basic, Still need uber to get around Town. No room cleaning and bathroom was not restocked.

The price was great. The location was perfect. There was a very good breakfast offered. The size of the room with a desk and couch was great. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The water pressure in the shower was a solid 10 out of 10 and the water temperature stayed constant!

The air conditioning unit in the room was a complete disaster. This was in room 317 and that unit should be replaced immediately. The interface between the thermostat on the wall and the unit was sketchy at best and non-functioning to anyone without a mechanical engineering degree in "this is how you MAKE it work". I should be able to walk in, adjust the temperature on the thermostat, set the fan to run constantly, and ignore it for the rest of my stay. An hour after checking in, the unit was still flashing cryptic codes and doing nothing else. After calling the desk a staff member showed up, and was able to get the unit to come to life only after moving the temperature down to 64. What? I'm not trying to hang meat and make ice cubes. On top of that, the unit made enough noise that a 747 jet airplane could have taken off outside my room and I would not have heard it. When asked if it would settle down the staff member told me "I hope so, because I'm completely sold out". News flash! It did NOT settle down. Thankfully, the evening temperature was cool, I had a small travel fan, and I did not need to have the unit turned on during the night, so I did get a restful nights sleep.

Convenient location. Easy to get to UMKC, downtown, and the plaza. Lobby is bright and airy. Clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The breakfast was basic, but served its purpose.

It was affordable. Everything was great. Bed was really comfy. It was clean. Staff was nice

It's not a location that's really walkable to any restaurants or bars or anything, but that's not really the hotel's fault. It is where it is so and I knew where it was when I booked it. So really no complaints
