CAWhat was offered was what was expected generally except for a few things. . It was clean well lit with good parking and access off the highway. Close access to a couple of restaurants. Staff were nutral not intrusive. The Booking, done on-line, was routine. I liked the pancake machine. The hotel was not noisy.
The staff did thear jobs but wer not particularly attentive or friendly. As we walked by the front desk no one said "Good morning" There was no ice maching on my floor. There was no elevator and the stairs to my floor went up a good floor and a half.. For someone in my 80's it was not a barrier but it was much less than convinient. Down a hall, up a small set of t stairs then down a long staircase, through the lobby and down another hallway then back. The pop machine had broken and had been removed. The room was called a suite which is what I booked. There was a counter, a coffee machine and a sink otherwise it was a norman room. Not my idea of a suite One of the lamps in the room was unplugged The clock in the room was 5 hours ahead of the real thie. These should always be checked and reset my housekeeying staff. The TV could have used instructions or perhaps should have been left in a usable state. It took me a good 3/4 of an hour to get it working. The breakfast was well below what was expected. The scramoled eggs loked like yellow soft tacos. I bravely tried them. Both the potatoes and the bacon were hardly even warm. I tried them and finally threw them out.
