Apenas da equipe. A recepcionista e a moça da limpeza foram muito esforçadas para tentar nos proporcionar uma boa estadia, mas as instalações não colaboravam. O cheiro de cigarro em um quarto sem janelas no primeiro quarto dexavam o ambiente insuportável. No segundo quarto o ar condicionado não funcionava...

Falta de janela e ventilação dos quartos e problemas de manutenção nos aparelhos de ar condicionado.
