The location was nice, everything we needed was in close range.

There seemed to be a problem with small bugs. It looks as if they are trying to spray to get rid of them, as what we saw were very small. Once we pulled into the parking lot to our room, it was between 9 and 9:30pm. There were at least 6 to 10 people just hanging out in the parking lot right in front of the room doors. We had to pass through them, and I could smell that they weren't just smoking cigarettes. We went in and locked up, but after a few minutes, we didn't hear anything else outside. So I didn't see any reason to call and complain. I think that this motel is used for out of town workers and they tend to turn the parking lots into what would be their yards at home. There are a lot of workers staying out of town these days, and we need to remember that these types of motels are their "homes" and some travelers tend to forget that.

It was very close to the venue I had to visit.

Everything. Checked in, got my key card to my room. Went to the room listed and it was already occupied. Had to go back down and inform him he gave me a room with someone in it and he redid a card for me. Room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes despite being non-smoking. There was a dead roach on the floor when I walked in. Bathroom was disgusting enough that I showered in my sandals- and there was dirt/mud on the shower walls. Went to get a towel and there were stains all over them. I found at least 4 more roaches ALIVE and running around the bathroom. I pulled the comforter back and the sheets were stained. I literally slept on top of them and brought in my own blanket and pillows.
