"Not bad, wouldn’t stay again though."

Stayed overnight as part of a broader trip. The staff would prefer we hadn’t. Room was ok, clean enough, so the stay was decent value. The bar is opened on request from the front desk staff (don’t bother them). The pool was warm, good fun. The hot tub was hot, but could use an update/clean.

"Highly Recommend This Hotel"

Wow....we were thoroughly impressed by the Best Western Hotel. It has set a new high Benchmark of which we will measure other similar hotels. The staff were friendly right from check-in and when we had a question about our TV, the desk staff jumped right on it. The hotel room we were given had a private view. The King room with Sofa Bed was vert spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was fantastic complete with the three Dispensers in the shower (should be moved to the front or back though). The Breakfast was superb, and nicely done. Even the parking was private and great. Large TV, Fridge with Freezer and microwave. All that you could ask for. The room was also cleaned every day for our 4 night stay. There are also a number of great restaurants within a short walk from the hotel. If we are ever back in Belleville, this will most certainly be our place to stay since the price is very reasonable. Thank-you for you hospitality.

Property was decent, rooms average. The pool area was not well maintained and the hot tub had a layer of black scum around it. Maintenance was informed, and they did nothing which was very disappointing. The breakfast buffet was the only thing that made it okay.

It was ok. The chair in the room was very worn. The breakfast area was quite unkept. I didn’t see anyone there to wipe up the spills.

Best best western I’ve ever stayed in (don’t judge me). Danny at the desk was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend if this is what you’re looking for.
