B&B HOTEL Passau-Süd

Very friendly helpful staff, beautiful quiet rooms … I would highly recommend this hotel as I enjoyed my stay, and with no issues.

This was a very clean, bright and large room! The beds were comfortable and even though it is on a main street, the night time was quiet for sleeping. It's a little out of the center, but has frequent buses into downtown!

Overall a very nice stay for a reasonable price. The location was a fairly long walk to the city center but other then that ok.

Helpful staff, fantastic breakfast and a bus ride away from the city center. The sauna and whirlpool were a BIG bonus! Catch the 1 or 2 bus across the street. from the hotel to get downtown. Also, if you are on foot from the train station, walk up Leopoldstrasse to Neuburgerstrasse and catch a 1 or 2 bus, getting off at the fourth stop. I wish we’d known this, we walked the whole way and it wasn’t easy with backpacks...

The hotel room was good size, as was bathroom. Non smoking room smelled of stale smoke and bed was rather hard with lumpy old pillows. Room was adequate for the one night we stayed en route from Hungary to Frankfurt, Germany. For the price, the room was adequate and included underground parking. It did not include breakfast, priced at an additional 9 euro per person; we skipped it and went to McDonald's a mile away....

I was fearful that this hotel was too out of the way for people who travel by train. One needs to take a taxi each way. But having said that the hotel staff gave us a route to walk to the old town and indicated which street had an active restaurant scene. This hotel is not your normal Ibis. It is very up-scale. The food and service is good. While eating breakfast we watched a river cruise boat glide by the window! I recommend it.

Great price and breakfast was very good. The comfort, cleanliness and staff all great - location was a bit far from everything. No problem if you have a car.

It was very run down not close to anything no air conditioning
