Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, um die Defizite des Hotels zu beheben.

Das minikleine Zimmer war in einem Hinterhof ausgerichtet und erinnert an den Film „Ein Stück Himmel“. Die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher war nicht vorhanden, die Klimaanlage defekt, der Minibar-Kühlschrank nur überschlagen kühl. Daraufhin durften wir das Zimmer wechseln, das dann zwar schöner und größer war, aber gleichfalls in den Hinterhof gelegen. Bis auf die Fernbedienung, die dort vorhanden war, aber auch dort die gleichen technischen Mängel. Bei Temperaturen um die 30° im Zimmer ein wahrer (Alb-) Traum…

This stay was very disappointing and far below expectations. The room I was given did not match the pictures at all, which is misleading and unacceptable. The air conditioning was not working, and instead of fixing it, a heating unit was placed in the room completely inappropriate. To make matters worse, the toiletries (toilet cream and soap) had already been used and were not refilled, which raises serious hygiene concerns. The advertised view was also inaccurate. There was no water view only a ground-level street view with constant noise from pedestrians and heavy traffic. The breakfast was also far below standard. It was very limited and not what I expected. The tables were not cleaned when I arrived, and I had to search for cutlery myself, which is unacceptable. I raised all of these issues with the staff, but nothing was done. No solution was offered, no effort was made to resolve the situation, and my request for a refund was refused. I was also told there were no alternative rooms available, and that other options would be of even lower quality. Overall, this experience was misleading, poorly managed, and not acceptable. I would not recommend this place.

On connaît d.autres mercure mieux que celui la. Pas de salon. Entrée toute petite. Chambre exiguee.
