Very accommodating and nice room

Clean rooms and property. Friendly staff

The floors would get wet once the air conditioner is cut off, the bed was broken

Upon arrival, I discovered the bathroom to have so much mold covering half the bathroom ceiling and the room was hot. The AC looked to be falling apart. I went to mention it to the front desk the next day (after not receiving room service or a new set of towels. I was given a new room a few doors down. It had a cigarette smell and beer in the fridge leftover. There were bugs on the ceiling and some dead on the bed. It was also a hot room. I had to make the best out of it for the remainder of my stay for school. The fire alarm went off one evening then the following early in the morning with no explanation. My room was serviced 1 within the next 4 days left of my stay and towels were given once. Other than that, I kept having to ask. Trash was out in the breezeway. It was uncomfortable and unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. I didn’t sleep.

The wiring was faulty burned the chargers smoke was coming in from somewhere was never ever able to figure it out bed was broken and the door had a huge gap that I fit my whole hand through it was terrible

The property has been remodeled I would say it is nice and clean. The staff were really nice.

The trashcan under the stairs below my room was overflowing all over the ground and smelled like death. Tons of people outside smoking. Did not feel safe at all

The room was very dirty. The bedsheets were very dirty it was full with hair and stains. It seems they never changed it after previous people. The bathroom was very dirty as well the corners filled with hair, food (popcorn) and dirt. The toilet was filled with yellow stains. It was very obvious that they never cleaned it for a while. The stairs were broken and filled with trash.

Not clean, towels and bedding. Someone else rooting food left in refrigerator
