"Travelled from canvey island essex and we were very let down by the whole experience of the hotel"

Breakfast was acceptable with plenty of choice

Waiting at the bar to be served, shower was temperamental cold then hot, builders banging right outside of our window,no view due to scaffolding outside window, we wasn't advised about on going work,when checking out we was not asked about our staff ,just drop the room card in a hole on the desk, very informal,no phone in room and no do not disturb sign in the room

The town is dead pubs are closed restaurants are closed shame very nice place to go but its changed so much over the last 4 years
