Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Dusche kann entweder heißes Tröpfeln oder eiskalter Strahl dazwischen gibt es nichts

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ We stayed one night at the Best Western Raphael Hotel Altona and overall everything was very good. The room was clean, the staff friendly, and the location convenient for exploring Hamburg. Check-in and check-out were smooth and uncomplicated.

Two small things could improve the stay further: the room was missing a cosmetic/makeup mirror in the bathroom, and a Smart TV with streaming options would be a nice modern addition.
