The location to the horse park and dining is wonderful. There is a wonderful airfreshner throughout. The coffee station is nice.

The facility is very dated and not very clean. The pool area is very dated and worn, the handle was out of the ground to the pool. Our room was FULL of ants!! I told the front desk and I got "its that time of year" I actually had to unpack my suitcase outside when I arrived at home due to ants traveling with us! The room was very dirty and the amount of dust behind the bed/nightstand was gross. The bathroom was very dated and the tub was stained as if water had backed up in it before. Definitely not worth the rate and I would not stay again. There were random men smoking cigarettes and watching the kids swim that gave the other visitors an ick feeling as well. The place appears to have residents that live there.

The location was nice and convenient. Staff is wonderful. You could tell the age of the property. The mattresses were awful and need to be replaced. We had a bathroom that did not work properly to take a shower as a lot of the water would not go from the downspout to the showerhead. Little fixes would make it better and some upgrades.

See above comments regarding the age of the property, old soft mattress, and challenges with the bathroom shower

Good location, 24 hour juice bar with coffee was nice.

Listing said it has EV charging, showed up and they don’t work. If I would have known that ahead of time I would have booked somewhere else.
