Best Western Plus Inn at Hunt Ridge

Location, lighting in the parking area, and comfortable beds, good breakfast options. Self serve breakfast.

The hotel is dated by comparison to other hotels in same price range. Internet was not working, and bathroom was left with about a 1/4th roll of t.p. for a family booking.

The facility was a bit ragged, carpet in my room was quite frayed, wall paper in the bathroom was peeling and there was a stain on the bed spread. I was not impressed.

First floor room was surprisingly noisy with someone clomping above at 4:30AM … never had that problem before in a multi-story motel. Also, someone left a dog yapping in a room down the hall for an hour in the evening. Really cruel to leave a dog alone in a motel room, not only for other guests but also for the dog! Otherwise, this motel is reasonably priced for the area, clean, and a typical Best Western.

Staff was so friendly and the location was great!

We had hair on our towels and bed when we arrived, that wasn’t possible for it to be ours.

We had a quick 1 night stay. Good price. Great breakfast and breakfast area. Plenty of parking. Nice staff. Room was a little humid/musty but served it's purpose.

Staff were polite & engaging. Room was clean and amenities were in working order. Breakfast was above average in a relaxing & spacious dining room. Would definitely stay here again.

The first caution is to be careful how you book! We were over charged by several hundred dollars because of a questionable booking agent. The booking agent did not identify them selves as such. When we got the reservation details, found charges we were not notified we had purchased in their "PACKAGE" nor do you get the email notification on how to cash in on the promised promotions. Next - the room was dated, fire alarm hanging from wall by wire. Telephone dead! No toilet paper. celing pealing in bathroom. Towel rod fell down completely when the towel was removed and we were charged premium price for the room. I overheard person checking in for 1/'3 the price we were paying. No maid service, you run out of towels, you have to go get them. The breakfast service was not good. You like micro food, stale bagel, powder eggs? there were apples and bananas. Coffee was hot and strong. The Staff, to a person, was nice and willing to help, not their fault they had not control over the rules. For the price we were paying the room should be checked daily and coffee and towels restocked.
