Lovely staff, beautiful hotel right next to the train station. Easy to get on the train, bus or rails. Staff was helpful and friendly about travel recommendations! The breakfast was impressive and delicious!

The. Hotel was comfortable and modern with great bathrooms and breakfast. The staff we polite and helpful and it close enough to the old town to walk. The train station was across the street.

Staff was uniformly wonderful. Great family-owned hotel that has retained its old-world ambiance. Amenities included some free wine, beer, juice into the room refrigerator, great breakfast buffet and the special Basel card. That allowed us to ride the trams for free.
