I think I got a room upgrade. Was very nice.

Room was up two flights of stairs. Tough for someone with mobility issues. Also the shower was in a high sided, very slippery bath. Didn’t see the non slip mat hidden under the sink until I was about to leave. No liquid soap in shower or hand wash basin. Hard to wash with a tiny hard bar of soap. No info on a guest discount at the restaurant next door.

We welcomed having a toaster and enough coffee sachets for our stay .

We had trouble accessing our after hours key, but help was quickly received. We are in our 70s and we're given an upstairs room which was a bit difficult with cases.

"I have stayed a number of times here, it is so convenient to local facilities."

Private, clean. Great shower. Good sized TV and room. Management were great in organising an extra night in the same room, I really appreciated that.

A microwave in the room would make a lot of difference to me to make the kitchenette functional. More than one dish soap sachet or a bottle like other places have.

Noisy guests after midnight. I think someone (owner?) told them to shut up which they did!
