The rooms and location

I made reservations for 2 rooms as I had a guest traveling with me. The rooms were as far apart as possible and on different levels with no elevator. Since my husband is in wheel chair, it was extremely difficult. When I mentioned this at check in no support was offered.

"Good for an overnight road trip stop"

Basic hotel with little amenities other than the pool. The breakfast was okay. The rooms are clean but very dated and tired.

"I had a cockroach 2 inches from me on the couch. My stay sucked. I slept in my car. It was cold. I did not have a pillow"

Well, while sitting on the couch in the king room that we had, there was a cockroach that climbed up the couch next to me. I killed it and left it sitting on the table and got up and left the room. I slept in my car versus sleeping in the hotel room due to the fact that you guys have bug if you have cockroaches I can only imagine that you had bedbugs in that room as well. I did not check for bedbugs, but cockroaches are clear indication of what is going on inside your hotel I will never stay at this hotel again. The worst part is is that I live in this area. I was so appalled. I didn’t even ask for a refund of my money.

There were no cockroaches in the parking lot
