Had a bar in the hotel, the front desk lady was amazing, polite etc… she was dealing with a lot being it was New Year’s Eve. She was great. Other than that it was a hotel and clean. Some seem to be shady people lounging around but that’s to be expected in a hotel. We would stay again.

When I booked the hotel it did not say that the pool and the hot tub were not able to be used housekeeping never came around to clean my room I had poor location in the hotel for the breakfast because it was all the way across the hotel I felt like I walked a half a mile just to go get breakfast but I changed hotels hoping for something different and better and it wasn't the whole experience was horrible very disappointing

The front desk person at check-in was very sweet, rooms were clean. We were told the breakfast was great and the pancakes were fantastic, my boyfriend was especially looking forward to the pancakes.

When checking in, I was told I could apply my AAA discount with her. When she went to accept payment, there wasn't an option. This wouldn't have been an issue except for the breakfast....the pancake machine wasn't working. My boyfriend asked about it and said they said they'd take care of it. Keeping in mind the hotel is large, he came back to our room, and waited walked back and nothing. He was upset that there were no pancakes. He came back to the room and I called front desk, asked about the pancakes, was told she'd check on it. I asked for a call back. Nothing. I called back, was told that a man was rude and there would be no pancakes, I'd have to talk to the gm because the person setting up breakfast left and it was just an ammenity we arent entitled to but it's offered. . My boyfriend went back, told me the person at front desk is the same person he saw setting up breakfast. She told him there are no pancakes and we can just leave. For dinner we ordered in the bar, ordered the hot Italian sandwich, the description said there were peppers and onions, there were none.
