terrible place to stay

Not much no hot water for stay staff was below par

Cosas rotas en las habitaciones. Pelos en la cama, toallas sucias, sabanas sucias la taza de baño suelta. Un desastre total

it was not so bad at first , the night shift worker was a lot nicer and respectful compared to the morning staff.

the morning staff is very rude and acts like you’re bothering them when you have any questions or concerns. i was also scammed out of $25 from a $100 pet deposit when i checked out the front desk lady told me id receive the full refund back after they went to check my room, i only got $75 back when i called to figure out why she told me to come back and check my room myself. so i did and they said bc there is pet hair on the floor they’re keeping $25 as a inconvenience. they were gonna clean the room anyway and change the sheets but they refused to give me any money back so if i could give no stars i would.

The space was okay with good location.

Had a problem with insect once. No cleaning during the stay.
