"Exceptional"

Great little hotel near the airport. Room was spacious,comfy and clean. The free shuttle bus to the airport is a definite plus. Buffet breakfast was adequate.

Fridge in room was actually hot 🤷🏼‍♀️ ! Needs attention.

Poor choices, had to ask for honey ,it was taken away after my use .

Staff need customer service training . A smile would be a good start . Broken coffee machine advise not attended to

"Comfortable and close to the airport."

Staff friendliness was wonderful. Shuttle to the airport was early and very nice. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Shower spray a bit weak. Breakfast was subpar. Also saw a huge rat outside while eating breakfast and they had the door open, so that was a bit concerning.
