Very friendly staff, beautiful location, great spaces within the hotel - bar, Atlantic lounge, outside seating etc.

The staff were very pleasant a very warm welcome would definitely.

I felt the room was quite dirty especially the bathroom . A lot of dirt around the skirtings I know it was a dog friendly hotel but quite a few marks on the carpet .

Lochside View aus der Eingangslobby grossartig. Freundliches Personal

Zur vereinbarten Check in Zeit (2 gebuchte Einzelzimmer) Zimmer nicht fertig. Nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit und unsere Nachfrage wurde uns der Zimmerschlüssel ausgehändigt. Erstes Zimmer beim betreten noch benutzt vom Gast vorher, nicht geputz und aufbereitet. Auf Nachfrage dann in 30 Minuten erledigt. Zweites Zimmer maximal dunkel, kleinstes Fenster, nicht komplett zu öffnen da total verdreckt. Desweiteren an Nachttischlampe Birne defekt. Toilettenspülknopf "max" defekt. Dazugebuchtes Frühstück geschmacklich und im PreisLeistung Verhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. Alles in allem für den Komplettpreis absolut zu teuer für die im Angebot offerierten Hotelleistungen.

Emplacement superbe Très bon petit déjeuner

La chambre très sommaire,vue sur un parking à l'arrière. Pas de parking disponible sur place, pour ce prix c'est problématique.
