"Espantosa atención"

no pude quedarme . Tuve que cancelar

Es la peor experiencia que tuve en todo mi recorrido por Booking. La persona que me atendió - de entrada de mala gana sin ninguna razón- me informó que no había ninguna reserva a mi nombre en ese hotel y que fuera a averiguar a un supuesrto otro hotel Best Western que estaba más adelante. Asi que intenté ubicar el supuesto otro hotel andando con el auto por media hora. Como no tuve exito - lógico, no existe otro hotel en los alrededores- me volví al hotel con el ordenador para. mostrar la reserva que tenía. La misma empleada estuvo mirando la computadora por aproximadamente 10 minutos para luego preguntarme si mi nombre era Horacio .... porque tenía una reserva con ese nombre. Es evidente que como mínimo es una falta de respeto . En la reserva estaba el nombre completo. Seguí esperando otro buen rato hasta que se dignó a darme una habitación ... pero era en el segundo piso y no hay ascensor en ese hotelucho !!!! Tengo 75 años y artrosis de rodilla: no puedo subor las valijas por la escalera. Le pedí que cancele la habotación . Espero me devuelvan el dinero que pagué. Como podran ver , alquilé otra en La Quinta

"Would not do it again"

Room was clean

There was a card in the room that detailed what to do if you suspect you’ve been exposed to carbon monoxide. Then the front desk clerk sent out a property wide text, indicating that another guest had hit the gas meter and the fire department and gas company were on site. When I called asked for an update, she told me she would provide one as soon as possible. That never came.
