Prepaid in full through Expedia. Additional fee of $9.13 not mentioned at check in was noted on receipt. Called back property staff quite polite but said they were supposed to have mentioned at check in, however they add the fee for third party reservations. Called Expedia who kindly will follow up and compensated me with rewards cash.

I like our room in general it gave some seperation between our boys being on the downstairs portion and my wife and I on the lofted section.

We did not like the mattress, it really needs to be update as well as the mattress in the foldaway bed. The breakfast was extremely basic for the price i ended pay the whole room for.

We were bumped from our room and given no options other than a room that didn't work for our family. Had a terrible night of sleep and weren't offered anything for the inconvenience. Will not be staying again. Hotel was kind of gross too.

Too bad you cannot scratch and sniff the Hotel. The smell in the hotel was so bad, after attending an event in Milwaukee we picked up our luggage and drove home.

When I got to my room late in the evening, there were only two face towels and a floor towel When I checked out in the morning, I informed the staff that I didn’t have any body towels she didn’t even acknowledge me, making the comment to her. Hotel is dated

Rooms are spacious but not well kept. Dirty floor, torn bed linen, the shower floor started to make soap bubbles when the water was turned on and was slippery from soap residue. The toilet was just above mid shin high and very small.

Old homey style location, very welcoming feeling. Friendly staff. Free breakfast included is nice, though mediocre at best. Hot tub out of order unfortunately. Overall nice stay though.

We had a few weird guests recording my children while they were playing in the pool. A couple times but ither than that things were ok. Breakfast was good. I could not extend my stay because they were booked but other than that it was a good experience.

It was affordable and convenient walking distance to a cafe (though construction is going on so one had to pay attention when walking on roads.) I appreciated that the hotel accommodated our late breaking need for a suite.

Box spring for sofa bed was broken (at a 45 degree angle on one side) and the mattress was torn. Cleanliness of floor in bathroom not good but the rest was clean, i.e., the sheets and towels and sink and shower stall all clean. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was something I skipped during my three day stay after discovering the sugary peanut butter and poor quality of the baked goods. The coffee was just OK-- at least not too weak. And I detested the fact that styrofoam is in use. And why doesn't this hotel recycle?!? It is 2025.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room. It was better than some fancier hotels in which I have stayed.
