Close to restaurants and freeway. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Chunk of old soap on shower floor and tub and walls still wet. Carpet in room felt damp. Bed very saggy.

"Don’t waste your money!"

For the price I didn’t expect luxury. But I did expect the room to be clean. Tub looked like it hadn’t been scrubbed in years. Dust on most of the surfaces. And extremely muggy, even with the A/C running full blast. Will not stay there again. Tried letting front desk know about concerns upon check out, but she couldn’t care less…

"A bit shabby but location, price, and great staff make up for that"

The staff was GREAT. We had to find a place to stay because of flooding at our home, and the staff did everything they could to assist, lengthen our reservation when we needed to, and make certain we could use what would have been a closed dining area to work. The location is excellent - easy access to highway to downtown and very close to a variety of stores, shops, and restaurants. There is a pool and exercise room. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The price is significantly better than nearby places.

The rooms are somewhat shabby - the cushion on the couch in our first room was torn, the easy chair cushion had collapsed and the desk chair was broken so it could not be used in the second room. The carpets are worn so that they seem rather dirty (although the cleaning staff was vacuuming daily). The pool is a combination indoor-outdoor and is configured in a very odd way so that actual swimming is almost impossible. The hot tub was broken.

My neighborhood was beginning to flood. I had to evacuate my mom. Baymont was able to reserve a room with handicapped accomodations for my mom. I can't thank the staff enough for their help during a stressful time. I knew my mom would be safe. In the morning Connie helped my mom back to her room after breakfast! The care and kindness at Baymont in Mequon was superlative! I would also like to add that the room was very clean as well. Thank you to Baymont and Connie for geuinely caring for it's customers. I will highly recommend the Baymont in Mequon!

"Excellent"

Older hotel and decor. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. They charge a small handling/resort fee in addition to your booking fee so be prepared for that. Good breakfast, friendly staff, good coffee. Would stay again!
