Best Western Lumberton

Friendly staff. Good location. Roomy rooms. Clean. Good breakfast. I didn’t bring dogs but glad that I could have. Good grassy area to walk them. Little noise from neighboring rooms. Convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Would have liked a freezer section in the refrigerator to ice up my blue ice packs. Couldn’t find channels I like on the TV.

Clean, easy on-off.

No parking. A pickup hauling a cabin cruiser took 8 parking slots. Another hauling construction equipment took 7. After I booked in advance a handicap room, I was forced to walk AROUND the entire building and at 79 years old this was a problem. Clerk yelled at me, told me I came in too late. I just drove 11 + hours from S.W. Florida!! This is unacceptable. I was not only one pulling suitcases around the building. 9:00 PM is not TOO LATE. Do better BEST WESTERN, make haulers park their load off site.

Loud rooms on exterior of building and they were musty and smelled of strong chemicals. They had canceled my original reservation so I didn’t get the room I originally booked

Everything, bed and pillows, the trash and poop bag bins for the dogs.

Didn't like that it was that close to walmart. Maybe put up a tall fence to hide the parking lot. Wasn't comfortable with cars racing in parking lot at night while walking my dog.
