"Cleanliness poor...don't get stuck with the 24hr cancellation requirement."

The cleanliness of the room was not good. We cleaned the room ourselves to stay one night. Very disappointed that the mgmt would not refund part or all of the second nights stay when we checked out because we were inside the 24hr cancellation notice. I guess rules are rules, but just beware that you are stuck to this requirement.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and my door dash delivery driver looked terrified to be there. Was also woken up at 5:30AM by car horns. I could go on and on about how terrible this place is.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. It was obvious they cleaned but they certainly didn’t go any extra lengths to clean baseboards, walls, etc. lots of hair and other foreign matter in those areas. I’m staying here for work so it’s not a big deal. This is not a place I would bring my family as part of a getaway stay.

Dark,dingy, stained towels (all of them). Beer bottle rolled out from under the dresser. Stains on walls and ceiling. Manager not around (of course) so with that said I can't tell you about our stay because we didn't!!!!!!
