Best Western Galena Inn & Suites

The included breakfast had the items I normally find, with one nice exception: the mix of potatoes, peppers, onions, and sausage. This combination isn't something I've found before, and was a tasty change. Please keep it on the menu. The scrambled eggs were of a higher quality than I normally find at these breakfasts, too. Whoever your source is, or whoever is preparing these items, is creating a product better than the competition. It isn't gourmet, but the texture, appearance, and taste were very acceptable, and made for a good start to the day..

I didn't have any major complaints. The room served its purpose of providing a safe, clean, comfortable sleeping environment, along with a hot shower. If I must complain about something, it would be the automatic closing of the door; it was very forceful and loud

The worst experience ever, unfriendly staff, unrespectful and racist. Shower was super dirty with a lot of mold, nasty.

We stayed in the Under the Sea room and overall we were pleased with the room, with a few exceptions. The jets in the whirlpool were not working and the main shower head also was not working. Disappointed for the money we spent that the room wasn’t perfect
