The hot tub was too hot.

Hotel is ok. Comfortable bed. Easy, free parking. Easy access to freeway.

Our stay was fine. My biggest complaint is that during our 3 nights we were there housekeeping never came to our room. Our trashes needed to be emptied. We also had to go ask for more towels.

Every Best Western has a certain level of comfort and care we’ve come to expect this one certainly means that standard. Clean rooms, good beds, great hot tub and a nice breakfast.

No complaints met all the expectations

We liked staying here. Our room was spacious. The man working at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The food was good. The location was great next to the river and a walking trail and not too far from the beautiful LDS temple and the waterfalls.

The hotel staff were attentive and the hotel was clean! The breakfast was delicious! We like the convenience of the location
