Close enough to home for my overseas visitors

Women’s changing area was saturated on the floor which I found quite dangerous. Could have been kids easing around though .

Very comfortable room, really nice dinner in the evening.

Nothing except the Golden Jubilee should share that patients have special rates.

"A very good overall stay"

Nice quiet bedroom, with view of the Clyde. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

One of the windows in the bedroom was broken and screwed closed. Didn't affect stay but would have been better if able to open it.

"Lovely hotel but constant hum from the building at the side was irritating."

Room and view was amazing

We were put in a room near what sounded like a generator it sounded like the extractor fan was running constantly so I didn’t sleep at all, also the toilet cistern was continually filling so all round the noise kept me awake.

Great facilities, good staff. Clean hotel.

Only issue was toilet seat was loose. Only stayed for the one night but will return.

Immaculate rooms. Friendly hotel. Staff very attentive. Thanks to Glynn on reception, who was cool, calm and collected when dealing with any customer query. Breakfast team were very helpful. Great view of the Clyde from my room. There were 7 of us going to the Grand Ole Opry and we were all pleased with the rooms and facilities.

Complexity of light switches in the rooms.

Le service de restauration est plutôt ordinaire et pourrait être amélioré.
