"Great staff but a less than par stay"

The location is fantastic as are the staff. Having parking onsite is always a bonus and at $25 is good value for money. The room was not as nice as ones we've had previously but it was as clean as it could be.

The room was not up to the normal standard we have had in the past. The bathroom is ready for a redo and the room itself was looking very tired. The view into the atrium is horrible. If it's going to be left this way, why?
