"Should have changed rooms"

The room had a very damp smell with a tiny dehumidifier that did not appear to be working. We were given a room on the first floor which requires you to go down two flights of stairs from the ground floor as there is no elevator in that section of the hotel. That part was not a big deal as we are able bodied, if the room had been worth the trip down. We should have requested a different room but it was late and we were very tired and just wanted a quick night of rest before continuing on the road the next day. My husband woke up very stuffed up from the dampness which then lasted several days. Besides that the hotel is dated but well kept and had a very good hot breakfast at the restaurant on site. Very quiet location as well

"Clean room. Efficient check and out. Room for improvement in the food prep but nothing unpalatable."

Bacon needed a bit more cooking. Toast needed a bit more butter. Coffee mugs were very small. Our server was lovely. No waiting.

Appetizers- calamari was a bit greasy but it was cooked. Shrimp tacos - shrimp were tiny and jalapeños were really too hot but the avocado guacamole helped. Loved the addition of the corn kernels.

The staff is friendly but everyone is spread out doing many tasks. Had to wait a good 10 minutes to see someone at the front desk when we arrived at 17h30. The room was clean and fresh (good AC if you take in account that it was 36°C out). The carpet need to be changed though.
