Het geduld van het personeel , het tapijt .

Had graag een kijkraampje op de bovenste verdieping , het uitzicht zou best mooi zijn . Nu alleen ondoorzichtige raampjes

The staff was good and responsive. They helped me with all that went wrong in the hostel

The worst thing is that we pay to make our own beds as no one will do the bed for you. Even for a hostel this is the new low. They give you the linen and you are supposed to make your bed and take it out when you live. Then what is the meaning of hosting?? No proper bed system. People take over your bed and there is no safety in the rooms. No curtains nor any locker to keep stuff. The lift can go wrong any time soon.
