"Irrespectfull and incompétent staff"

Harassed by the security guard. The staff moved out my personal belongings out the room during my absence, without asking or informing me, while they had confirmed me that I could stay in the same room for the whole stay. THEY BROKE MY CAMPING LAMP THAT COST 20€ IT'S NOT ACCEPTABLE THAT THE STAFF TOUCHES YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Lage für Städtetrip super. Personal am Check in sehr freundlich!

Personal beim Frühstück wirkt nicht sehr bemüht, Frühstück o.k., könnte aber besser gehen! Für uns als Familie war das Hostel eher ungeeignet. Zimmer extrem hellhörig und dadurch nachts wenig Ruhe.

Staff were helpful and friendly

Beds very uncomfortable. Security banged on the door at 11pm and woke me up. Breakfast was not worth the money and very limited.
