Bathroom could use an update

One staff member was nice

The light in bathroom was not working, maintenance came in and instead of him fixing it or switching us to different room he just told me to tap on light to get it to work, was scary to do that. And the ice machine in 2nd floor was not working

Pretty clean and one lady I talked to was nice compared to others

The last time I stayed last month the light in bathroom was barely working and maintenance didn’t fix it he just told me to tap on light every time. This visit the handle on bathtub was only on and off and no temp setting, the staff moved me into a different room. Was more better but neighbors was loud and slamming doors. I want to stay there again, but I am paying for a broke place and will stay at a nicer place that’s up on maintenance, I hope.

No toiletries, pool wasn't taken care of so we couldn't swim, no breakfast, and just smal

The front desk was really friendly and polite and although they did offer me another room I did not take another room because they were still cockroaches no matter what floor you were on the last night that we spent there the next morning there was a baby dead cockroach underneath my shirt that I took off in the morning although I booked my room with Expedia the front desk said they would probably be unable to refund anything do to me paying cash but they should have notified Expedia about the Cockroaches if they had done that I would have picked a different Motel

Stayed in July 2025 and the side door was not working correctly. Stayed there again in October of 2025 and the side door was still broken. I asked if it was fixed and was told by the girl an the desk that it doesn't work and has never worked but I was able to exit but not able to gain entry. Fix the Damn door!!!!!!!!!

Staff was rude. I paid for a room with a queen size bed and got a single double bed instead. When I went to try to correct it the lady at the desk said it was a queen bed and the they did not have any rooms with just a double bed. I measured the bed, it was a double. The bathroom was dirty and the shower had a terrible drip really a stream that I had to listen to all night and the AC quit working half way thru the night.

The room was okay --could hear the neighbors but not surprised --the staff was very nice
