Motel 6-Roswell, NM

The cigarette odor was so bad that we had to spray febreeze and my grandson had to use his inhaler plus there were bugs in the room.

The bread was okay

The person that checked us in was very rude, I want to 2 beds not 1. She didn't even try to change the room. I did book online. I was with a friend. I didn't want have to sleep in the same bed.

Did not have breakfast but everything else was a good experience.

Thank you so much Julie (I hope I got your name correct. She worked a grave shift) for the best and welcoming experience. After a very long long drive, you made my night. Never laughed so hard before. I hope you continue to do what you do and hope that the company recognizes your amazing character and professionalism. I will definitely be telling my friends regarding my experience in hopes they encounter you. Once again, thank you!

They have a pool what they dont tell you is the poo is freezing, they keep the Ac on and the water is so cold , we stayed at this hotel because of the indoor pool thinking it was a heated pool .. go stay at cash rewards they have a heated pool and the staff was so unfriendly we used to stay at the motel 6 all the time and they accommodated us amazing now they dont care at all

Great location and good value. Felt safe and clean.

Hot tub was closed and the pool was FREEZING cold. Like, Lake Suoerior in the dead of winter cold. We couldn't get in past our ankles.

The location

There was noise at all hours of afternoon, evening and night! The noise came from the hallway outside the door and from upstairs. I felt not safe the whole time. I even covered the peephole out of concern for my safety, and always slept with one light on. The toilet runs, making noise, forcing me to get up and jiggle the lever to make it stop. The towels were like sand paper on my skin. No shampoo, and the little soap they do give you is tiny and the cheapest kind. The toiletvpaper is also coarse. I would never stay here with any family members. There's a feeling of insecurity about this motel. And lastly, the elevator stunk badly. You have to hold your nose when in it.
