"Excellent"

They have updated this property in a stylish manner and put a lot of effort to it, but a few details remain to be finished. There was black mold or water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and the paint on the doors was chipped, so some unsightly remnants of an older building still need to be addressed to get it to optimum condition. The staff were extremely nice and cheerful. Breakfast ends at 9. It would be nice if that was extended to 9:30.

"Best Western Braselton, GA."

Hotel Staff was nice but unfortunately the room was dated and although clean when arrived, several issues made our experience poor. Location is right next to the highway and the paper thin walls made it would like every truck on 85 was coming through the door. We could hear the entire conversation of the people next door. The bathroom had cracked tiles and gaps between the shower handle with mold obvious. The floor was tiled poorly with gaps and cracks around the toilet were quite disgusting. The bathroom door knob handle was loose and the GFI receptacles in the vanity area and the bathroom didn’t work. The bed was very hard. The outside was unkept and had trash through out the parking area. The hotel itself is on a side road that seems to be part of a service road with Semi trucks and trailer parked in the field across from the entrance. No restaurants within a mile from this hotel.

"Clean, comfortable and accommodating "

We stayed here for a family wedding and it fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Standard hotel room with fridge and wifi. Special thanks to Connor for helping us out with a scheduling challenge. We'll be sure to stop here again.

"Cleanest Hotel I've Seen in Years!"

FAN-TASTIC! Super nice front desk people who are polite and willing to help. Awesome clean room with HARDWOOD FLOORS, so no worry about what you might be stepping on ... read that Got To Walk Around BAREFOOT! Just an amazing experience all the way around.

"Great stop for my business travels"

Stopped here while traveling for work. It was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the house. Also, the street out front isn’t busy at all so it’s safe for little ones playing out front and/or early morning laps of walking/jogging.
