"Clean and spacious room (though not ideal for light sleepers?!)"

The room was spacious enough for two people, clean, and nice. It was also in a convenient location—just a 3-minute walk across the street, there was Pastini (a pasta restaurant) and Jambo (which serves fruit smoothies, juices & light bites). Also, I didn't use them, so I can't say for sure, but it looked like they had a sauna in addition to the outdoor pool.

The downside was that I woke up in the middle of the night to the sound of a freight train. But, I'm a light sleeper, so maybe it couldn't be helped. Also, the Soccer World Cup is on right now, but I couldn't watch it because they didn't have the Fox channel!

"Exceptional"

The room was super cute and clean. The pool was nice and the breakfast was excellent. Best part was Dana ( super sweet and their best employee ever) made fresh cookies and put them in the lobby during check in hours. I would absolutely stay here again it's one of my favorite hotels.

The room is always nice big beds bathroom update and AC not too loud! For BW pretty nice! Breakfast always lovely with choices! Microwave a fridge the best in the room!

Elevator broken but it is still being worked on from last visit. It must be major! We stayed on 3 rd floor to allow those that can’t do stairs to stay on first level.

"Very Good"

Room size and accessibility was good, staff and reception were great, so were the maids I spoke with. Breakfast was better than most places.

The younger caucasian guy who replaced the coffee was plain rude. this was today May 14, he was thanked for bringing coffee he wouldn't even acknowledge. We were told our room would be refreshed yesterday by noon we left at 9 am and returned at 1:30 it wasn't done we didn't complain as it was a moot point as we were already back in room
