Capri , se anda muito a pe, nao existe transporte, no meio das ruas pequenas da vila, somente para os lugares nas pontas da ilha ou ana capri

The location is to die for, in the middle of capri and you can pretty much can go walking everywhere and its surrounded by shops and restaurants. Also their lemon terrace is extremely beautiful! My 4 out of 5 is because the rooms are outdated and for this price point you cannot have bathrooms this old.

Outstanding hotel

A melhor localização para quem quer conhecer e percorrer as ruas de Capri e bem próximo da praça central, onde também estão todos os transportes da ilha. O hotel em geral e todas as suas comodidades são excelentes. Recomendo vivamente. Por fim gostaria de deixar uma palavra de agradecimento a todo o staff da recepção e em particular ao Sr. Gennaro que foi de uma simpatia e gentileza extrema, tornando a nossa estadia ainda mais prazerosa. Bravo.

Staff was great. Shout out to Giani, the bellman, and to the staff at the checking desk as they were very helpful. Location was amazing! Food was good. Washrooms could use a renovation. A bit pricey for what it is but overall, the hotel was good. If you have bigger luggages, it is worth paying the €20 per luggage per way. It’s pricey, but worth having to carry them up the hill.

We were there for 3 nights. Great location with wonderful outdoor spaces and pool area. Located on the high end designer shopping street so a bit less hectic than other parts of Capri. Things quiet down at the end of the day when the day visitors leave. Make sure to utilize the porter service at 20 Euro per bag and arrange for a taxi through the hotel to avoid long lines at the ferry dock. However, there is a significant premium to reserve a taxi over the already very high taxi cost. Hotel reserved taxi 60 euros …on our own the second day was 25 Euro. Front desk staff not very engaging given the quality of the hotel, but they were very professional and helpful when approached. Overall a great hotel on a very overcrowded island.

Hands down one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in Italy. Besides the rude manager, they we're not accommodating to issues that came up. Breakfast included was very underwhelming! Would not recommend.
