Hotel Le Morgane

Staff is really friendly and kind! Brrakfaat is great, the room is spacious. We love this hotel!!

Location and service were great. The staff were really helpful. The shuttle drivers were very flexible and took great care of ski equipment.

Daily room cleaning was not good. Towels were threadbare. Coffee sachets weren't replenished even after 2 phone calls. The booking.com rate was significantly higher than the advertised rate in reception and when queried I was told that this was because of the booking.com fee - despite the fact that my Genius level 3 discounts had been applied.

Service at the bar, even though on Xmas period you feel like you're bothering them. room amenities eg bathroom size, room decoration, furniture are like 1990's standards. For a junior suite, it's a shame. Definitely not the right price for the room.

La propreté des chambres et du SPA sont a revoir De l’eau marron qui sort des robinets et un employé qui me dit que c’est normal???? L’eau de la piscine froide
