Quality Inn & Suites Owasso US-169

We arrived at 2:45 on our check in day, was told we may not have clean towels in our room yet. No big deal. Given a 2nd floor room, and the elevator does not work, probably will not be repaired befor Monday. No first floor rooms were available. Inquired what time the pool closed, 9:30 was the reply. Pool appeared was dirty, so we decided not to use that day. The toilet did not flush, the worker brought a plunger to handle the problem. Told we would have to plunger as needed, informed her I would call her to handle. Surprise found a first floor room available. Day 2. We come back and think we will just put our feet in the pool, we had saw a worker at the pool earlier. The pool was padlocked, this was just not a pool needing cleaned. Our fire alarm goes off at 1:45am. No answer when calling the front desk. We go over to the front desk, maintenence is not on grounds, she does not have a battery and no ladder. We borrow a broom and knock the alarm down to return to the front desk. The ac sounds like a desiel engine starting up. If you want a story to tell, stay here. If not, run..

We were in area for a family reunion. Location was convient, bed was comfortable, room clean. Would stay again

Checkin was not customer serviced based. No eye contact no explanation of amenities or what room we was and. Archies would only work one time and then we had to go back and have a Murray program every time if we use more than once a day.

I work in town and live out of town so I like to stay in a hotel working weekends so I don’t have to drive so far home, this was really easy check in and check out. Nice little breakfast items. Bed was comfy

Asked for a top floor room, because the elevator was working. It "died" on my 2nd day there; I booked 4 nights. Furniture filthy, towels thin, lights too dim, curtains a mess...it was all bad....Elevator still wasn't fixed on the 5th day I checked out....

No coffee pot in the roo m Some outlets did not work No microwave in the room Jacuzzi tub did not work I would give the breakfast a 1

Convenient close to hiway

Convenient location. Old. Needs renovation. Slow drain tv remote did not work. Ac and gas refrigerator both very noisy. Mattress protector was plastic so it made a lot of noise. Driveway in very rough and bumpy. Breakfast was a joke.
